Log on to Portal.AppOne.net and click on the blue 'Submit New Application' tab at the top of your screen.

Fill in your customer's information, then click on the gray 'Proceed To Next Step' button located on the top, bottom, and right sides of your screen.  Then enter the vehicle information and click the gray 'Submit Application button' at the bottom of the page.
