How do I change my password?

Your password can be changed by going to Portal.AppOne.net and click on Forgot your password.  You will be required to answer a couple of security questions and will be redirected to a password change form where you can create a new password. At this time you can proceed to sign on.

 

I am having problems logging on with my temporary password, or creating a new password.

First, enter your user name and temporary password which was issued to you by Dealer Support.

 

This will bring you to the Password Change form.  Re-enter the temporary password.  Then, set your own new password.

 

Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length.
Passwords must include at least one uppercase letter.
Passwords must include at least one lowercase letter.
Passwords must include at least one number.
The word ‘password’ is unacceptable.
Spaces are not allowed.

WRITE DOWN YOUR NEW PASSWORD; REMEMBER TO INDICATE WHICH LETTER(S) ARE UPPER CASE AND WHICH ARE LOWER CASE.

 

If you are still having problems logging in, please contact Dealer Support Services.

 

I am getting an error message saying the user name/password combination is incorrect.

There are a few possibilities.

Make sure that you are typing numbers using the row above the letters on the on your keyboard, not the numeric keypad on the right side of your keyboard.
At least one letter will be capitalized, but not all.
User names and passwords do not contain spaces.

What can I do if I think someone else is using my user name/password?

Contact Dealer Support Services and a new password will be issued.

 

All passwords are confidential and must not be shared!

 

How do I add or delete a contact for my dealership?

The admin can manage all users by signing and clicking the Admin Console tab. Then click on Manage Users. There will be an add/edit box to the left to manage all users at the dealership.
